1:55 p.m. Take off my contacts, switch to blue-light-filtering glasses. Begin afternoon clinic.

5:45 p.m. Catch up on emails and texts.

6 p.m. Spend QT with my family, talking about who had the best day and why.

7 p.m. Read bedtime stories with our little one.

8 p.m. Unplug from technology.
