Costa expands Del Mar, its Rx-able beach lifestyle sunglasses collection, with the addition of the Sullivan, a medium frame with a slightly rounded silhouette, and Tybee (pictured), a laid-back-lifestyle-inspired frame in a rectangular shape.

“The Mazzucchelli acetate colors derived from ocean sea glass, swells, and beach destinations, combined with the frames’ custom wire cores and custom logo elements, will make these the perfect pair off the boat,” says John Sanchez, Costa’s VP of product strategy.

FRESH CUTS

The Eco Fall/Winter 2019 recycled metal collection from Modo Eyewear was awarded the Gold distinction in this year’s iF Design Awards.

Cool + Confident

Luxottica unveils MBB x Vogue Eyewear, an eyewear collection co-designed by Gen Z actress, activist, and influencer Millie Bobby Brown.

Designed for confident, fashion-savvy women, the personality-packed assortment, consisting of both ophthalmic styles and sunglasses, features unique lens shapes, retro-inspired pastel colors, and the exclusive MBB x Vogue Eyewear temple inscription and exclusive M-shaped temple tips honoring the star’s first initial.

Seamless Spirit

Silhouette reveals its new Lite Spirit collection, featuring four lightweight, full-rim unisex optical models in timelessly chic shapes, elevated with today’s fashion influences. The screwless hinges of the frames are designed to flow seamlessly to the titanium, durable SPX+ temples, which can be individually adjusted and trimmed.

Each new style can be custom fitted at Silhouette’s in-house lens lab in Linz, Austria, with lenses from Silhouette Vision Sensation. Pictured is the Lite Spirit 2924.

Glam Sophistication

Inspired by Nicole Miller’s Spring/Summer 2020 runway collection, the brand introduces a new collection of four limited-edition sunglasses and four limited-edition ophthalmic styles from L’Amy America.

Highlighted by Swarovski crystals and vintage-inspired silhouettes, the styles celebrate the feminine spirit with an edgy touch of glam.

Pictured on the Nicole Miller SS20 runway is sunglass style NM Rouen, appealing with flash lenses with star details on the edges and a chic swooping bridge.
