Carrie Wilson, MBA, MA, ABOM, NCLEM, CPHQ, LDO-GA, launched Optigal Consulting in 2022 with a goal of elevating the industry. 

“I want every optician to understand their profession from the basics to the most advanced concepts,” she says. 

And her guidance is respected, as last year, she was nominated as Optician of the Year by the International Opticians Association. 

“I was honored and humbled to be included with such an amazing group of opticians,” she says. “The best part was becoming friends with other finalists and realizing that the opportunities that we are seeing here in the United States are the same globally.”
