Designer Anna-Karin Karlsson (AKK) created and named the crystal-encrusted Sheika optical style after a sheik who bought copious amounts of her eyewear for his wife, “his Sheika.”

Crafted of pure beta titanium and dipped in 24-karat gold, this delicate, semi-rimless style is emblazoned with handset crystals for striking, instant glamour. It is a testament to the spring season’s power of glittering embellishment as an elevated style staple.

“The Sheika took two to three years from pen to launch,” says Karlsson, who designed the style to be worn during the day and well into the night. “It is handcrafted by artisans in Japan. A perfect day-play-to-night-games kind of AKK frame.”
