On a High Note
Following an inspiring Vision Expo West, I spent a red-eye flight ruminating on timelines amid changing time zones—heading directly from Las Vegas to San José, Costa Rica, to attend a CooperVision Innovation Tour. New Year’s resolutions generate lots of hoopla (and think pieces, no doubt), but while at both events, witnessing the excitement within the industry regarding successes so far as well as the eagerness for what’s ahead, I felt purely enthusiastic for what can still be accomplished this year.
End-of-year observations may be just as important—and hype-worthy—as our New Year’s resolutions. I encourage you to ask yourself: What was my biggest achievement this year? What can still be accomplished in my business for the fourth quarter, offering a fresh start for the year ahead? What innovations do I have on my radar?
