The Marcolin S.p.A. Board of Directors and Massimo Renon, chief executive officer and general manager, have mutually agreed to terminate their contractual relationship.

Renon has served as CEO and general manager of Marcolin Group for the last three years. He will continue in his current roles at Marcolin until April 14, 2020, the agreed-upon termination date.
