Safilo acknowledged advanced negations with Thélios, part of the LVMH Group, that would enable the preservation of the plant’s know-how while retaining a significant number of its employees. Further, the company states that this transaction is part of a wider context of ongoing negotiations as Safilo aims to limit the social impact of this intervention.
