Sept. 26, 2024 — Myopia Profile is wrapping up the second year of Myopia Action Month this September with significant engagement from eyecare professionals around the world. The initiative, aimed at raising awareness and improving myopia care, experienced a notable increase in participation and interaction throughout the month.
Website activity on MyopiaAction.com grew by 16% compared to the previous year, while social media engagement saw a significant rise, with 10 times more posts from ECPs, professional organizations, and myopia advocacy groups. Only 10% of the social media content was generated by Myopia Profile itself, reflecting strong organic interest from the global eyecare community.
