Jan. 2, 2025 — Hoya Corporation has appointed John Goltermann Lassen as the new CEO of Hoya Vision Care. Lassen, who has been with Hoya since 2014, previously served as CEO of Hoya Surgical Optics and brings over 35 years of experience in the health care industry. He will report to Daniel Nutu, president of Hoya Eye Health. Alexandre Montague, the current CEO of Hoya Vision Care, will leave the company on April 1 after five years in the role. The two executives will collaborate during the transition period to ensure continuity.
