1 The Kids are OK
Ogi's OK Series for kids provides strong style choices to please youngsters and a lasting quality to satisfy parents. New for Ogi Kids 2010 is a collection of fashion-forward frames inspired by the colors of today's high-energy graphic design. Vibrant watermelon, plum, ocean, and orange highlight the collection's detailed metal frames. Based on some of Ogi's top-selling adult frames, these new introductions to the OK Series inject a spirited playfulness to a sophisticated look perfect for today's kids and teens, company representatives note. The collection consists of five new styles for Spring/Summer. Shapes are variations on rectangles and ovals in small eye sizes from A: 38 to 43, B: 21 to 22, bridge: 18 to 20, and temple length: 125 to 130. The new models are made of monel and utilize OBE Injected Safety Screws and OBE Springs from Germany. The target market consists of kids and teens ages 6 to 16. Notes Ogi designer and founder David Spencer: "The Ogi's kids collection offers style and craftsmanship not paralleled by any other company in the industry. With a long history of creating small frames, the knowledge that we have acquired is applied to create eyewear that is not only stylish but also built to last."

5. Morel
Morel presents the new Koali Ivy II series. Featuring four wide-templed styles, the concept for the frames' design is based around three stainless steel strands colored separately, then interlaced up to the endpiece to form an ornamental and discreet temple. The interlaced pattern of the temple continues seamlessly onto acetate or stainless steel fronts to create a modern and elegant design. The two stainless steel fronts and two acetate fronts in Ivy II are available in a range of four combinations of triple-layer acetate and are produced in a refined color palette featuring subtle shades, including models in brown/violet/purple, white/beige/sky blue, and plum/raspberry/lilac.

7. DG's New Material
Madonna has teamed up with Domenico Dolce & Stefano Gabbana to design a collection of sunglasses for the Italian label by Luxottica. The sunglasses feature the letter M on the temple along with the brand's DG to mark the first co-branded collaboration that the designers have ever undertaken. The collection is produced and distributed by Luxottica. The collection includes six sunstyles that feature oversized glamour with 1980s references that are updated for a decidedly modern sensibility. Madonna's role in the collaborative effort also includes serving as the face for the brand and the sunglass collection, and she is featured in the line's advertising images, shot by Steven Klein and inspired by film noir.
