BACK POCKET
Transitions Optical, Inc., has introduced a bilingual pocket card to help alleviate language barriers when dispensing eyewear or discussing the latest lens technology to patients. Small enough to fold in half and tuck into a pocket, the card allows English-speaking ECPs to easily explain the benefits and features of the new Transitions Signature adaptive lens technologies to their Spanish-speaking patients. Patients can simply point out their preferences for everything from the color of their lenses to additional features, such as anti-reflective coatings or frame considerations. ECPs can request printed copies free of charge through the “My Practice” section of MyMulticulturalToolkit.com.
