Attached TO TECH

2.5X
more likely to be early adopters of technology than older generations.
They spend
1.8 HOURS
on social media sites during
an eight-hour work day.
And this generation keeps its tech nearby.

INFLUENCED Decisions
Recommendations from friends and peers surpass “expert” opinions for this market, and social approval is a huge factor in satisfaction with decisions.
70%
of millennials report they are more excited about a decision they’ve made when their friends agree.
The report adds: “It appears men and women are moving away from what used to be the be-all and end-all—money and power—in favor of love and friendship.”

Sweet SECURITY
When it comes to benefits, working millennials want their health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
56% say quality benefits packages influence their choice of employers.
