CLEARVISION LAUNCHES DILLI DALLI WITH INTELLIFLEX SOFTTOUCH
ClearVision Optical has added Dilli Dalli with IntelliFlex Soft Touch to its kids’ lineup. The pediatric collection offers one-piece eyewear that boasts high performance and durability.
The collection’s IntelliFlex multi-action hinge technology is combined with Soft Touch material, a thermoplastic co-polyester elastomer with a pleasant, “soft touch” feel. The frames’ standard optical “V” groove design is deep to eliminate the possibility of lenses popping out and have built-up, flared nose pads. An adjustable nylon breakaway safety strap is available in two sizes and two colors each.
Designed for eye sizes 36 to 44, Dilli Dalli with IntelliFlex Soft Touch launches with four unisex styles. Merchandising products include a children’s book, dispensing trays, displays, and countercards.

OGI EYEWEAR GROWS OGI KIDS LINE
Ogi Eyewear expands the Ogi Kids line with an updated “Mommy & Me, Daddy & I” collection. The high-demand series of coordinating adult and child-sized frames combines form and function to create a line of fashionable frames modeled after the best-selling adult styles. This notion is demonstrated in the new OK316 and OK317. Both fuse sophisticated textures with vibrant colors.
The OK316 embraces its parent model, the Ogi Eyewear 9206, a cat-eye shape mixed with bold neon coloring that creates a fun and playful look. Modeled after the Ogi Eyewear 3126, the OK317 is a double-laminated acetate with strands of glimmer. Ogi Kids countercards are available upon request.

MATCH EYEWEAR’S DESIGN GALLERY ROLLS OUT NEWS TANGRAM STYLES
Design Gallery, a division of Match Eyewear, is rolling out a new year of Vanni’s Tangram collection. Tangram is an age-old Chinese puzzle made up of a square divided into seven different geometrical shapes, each in one color. The art of the game lies in creating as many complete figures as possible, using combinations of these parts.
Vanni’s Tangram ophthalmic frames are made exclusively from slab acetate, and the Tangram texture is all cube figures split into irregular pyramids, alternating against a deep crystalline background which may be see-through or solid in multiple color options. Tangram acetate comes in six different block colors, and in the refreshed collection the fronts sport combinations of transparent and solid plain color. The color contrasts bring out the overall effect of the material and, seen against the light, generate a kaleidoscope of reflected color.

A giant rooftop garden in Brooklyn with the Manhattan skyline looming in the distance served as the location for the photo shoot introducing the Mykita First collection. Shot alongside the 2015 campaign by Mark Borthwick, the young subjects—and a very photogenic goat—are captured enjoying themselves in this green urban oasis. Accompanying Borthwick’s pictures are illustrations by Dutch painter/illustrator Jordy van den Nieuwendijk.
