Silhouette unveils new offerings in its flexible and lightweight Pure Wave collection, featuring full-rim styles crafted from the company’s patented SPX+, a high-tech polyamide material. The frames do not require any screws.
“This is all about pure, urban style with a modern color concept,” says Roland Keplinger, Silhouette design director.
Silhouette drew inspiration from textile-inspired finishes, on-trend colorways, and modern shapes for a collection that is both minimalistic yet striking.

Celebrated Heritage
Launching exclusively in the U.S. and Canadian markets this month, the Carrera Woman eyewear collection from Safilo offers 13 styles (six ophthalmic and seven sunglass models) infused with the collection’s signature design elements.
The Carrera Woman eyewear assortment offers a range of silhouettes—from cat-eye to round to aviator and more—to accommodate various face shapes.
Here, the Carrera 3013 optical style, part of the Carrera Flag design story, is constructed of stainless steel and metal with the iconic “C” logo on the temples.

FRESH CUTS
Proprietary De Rigo Group lifestyle brand Police has renewed its sponsorship agreement with the Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One Team. The Police logo will appear on the helmets of racing drivers Lewis Hamilton (pictured) and George Russell and Police frames will be worn by the team.
The McGee Group continues to honor co-founder Jenny Lynn, who passed away in 2008 after a battle with cancer, by donating 5% of net profits from its Jenny Lynn Eyewear collection to the Jenny Lynn Foundation. This year, the foundation will once again be partnering with Wellspring Living and will donate complimentary glasses to anyone who goes through Wellspring Living’s program in 2023.
Windsor Eyes Inc. has launched the WindsorRx program to offer complete frame and lens packages to ECPs in the U.S. Each frame is equipped with customized digital free-form single-vision or progressive prescription ophthalmic or sunglass lenses, including UV and blue light protection, back-surface AR coatings, scratch-resistant coating, multi-aspheric technology, wider fields of vision, tints, and mirror coatings at no additional cost.
Sophisticated Elegance
Reflecting the fashion house’s new artistic direction, Montblanc unveils its SS23 eyewear collection, available from Kering.
Part of the SS23 advertising campaign, the Montblanc MB0256O (pictured) features signature snowcap metal rivets on the frame front plus the snowcap emblem on the temples.
Also highlighted in Montblanc’s SS23 advertising campaign is the MB0253S sunglass style, an on-trend chunky silhouette in acetate with metal rivets on the frame front.

eyeOs introduces Pocket—a proprietary folding frame weighing in at less than 11 grams. The style is constructed of pure titanium and the hinges of the temples and bridge are milled (not soldered) for premium durability. The design is hypoallergenic, biocompatible, and corrosion resistant.
