Daniel Brunson is well-versed in the luxury eyewear space.
For more than 15 years, he’s spearheaded operations for Hicks Brunson Eyewear, a fourth-generation optical boutique in Tulsa, OK, that was founded by his great-grandfather in the 1940s. Daniel’s grandfather Richard Brunson Sr. was trained in the early 1950s by Kevin Tuohy, inventor of the first corneal contact lens.
Today, Hicks Brunson Eyewear continues to elevate the optical experience by hosting luxury eyewear events and trunk shows, introducing independent brands to the market, and offering bespoke designs to its clientele.
“The elements that create a true luxury experience for consumers are the buying experience, how well the optician presents and fits the eyewear, and product quality,” shares Brunson.
