Nov. 7, 2024 — Donna J. Mikulecky, CPA, has accepted the executive director position at Optometry Giving Sight (OGS), succeeding retiring executive director Lois Schoenbrun, FAAO, who has served in the role since April 2022. With more than 25 years of leadership experience in health care organizations, including chief operation officer of Vision Source, Mikulecky served as treasurer of OGS’s U.S. and Canada board of directors.

Tarsus Pharmaceuticals Inc. has appointed Elizabeth Yeu, M.D., as chief medical officer. With more than two decades of clinical experience, Dr. Yeu has served the company as chief medical advisor since 2020 and as a board member since 2021. As chief medical officer, she will lead Tarsus' newly established medical organization, overseeing medical affairs, pharmacovigilance, evidence generation, medical education, and patient safety. Dr. Yeu will also join the executive team, reporting to Tarsus CEO and chairman, Bobby Azamian, M.D., Ph.D., and will step down from her position on the board of directors.
