Hoya Vision Care has announced two leadership appointments in North America: Meg Weathers has been named senior vice president of global key accounts, where she will lead growth initiatives and manage relationships with global key account customers. Weathers previously headed Hoya’s North American marketing team and has more than 16 years of optical industry experience. Samy Lauriette has been appointed vice president of strategic marketing, overseeing product management, professional affairs, channel and digital marketing, and brand communications. Lauriette brings more than 20 years of international experience in the optical and hearing care industries.
Jani Burke has been appointed national sales director for L’Amy America. In her new role, Burke will oversee national sales operations, support the company’s expanding brand portfolio, and strengthen engagement with retail partners. She brings extensive experience from senior roles at ImageWear, Marchon, and Marcolin, with a track record in sales leadership, strategic growth, and team development.
