Vision Expo 2026, organized by RX and The Vision Council (TVC), will introduce a new initiative called “Call for New,” aimed at showcasing product launches, technologies, tools, and innovations across the optical sector. The event is scheduled for March 11-14, 2026, at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, FL, and will mark the show’s transition to a single unified annual event.
“Celebrating the 40th anniversary, Vision Expo 2026 honors four decades of bringing the global vision community together while setting the stage for a future defined by innovation, collaboration, and growth,” says Ashley Mills, TVC’s CEO. “‘Call for New’ gives brands a dedicated spotlight for their breakthroughs and offers attendees a clear way to discover the products and ideas shaping the future of the industry.”
The initiative invites companies to submit information on new products, collaborations, booth activations, and innovations planned for the 2026 event. Selected submissions will highlight developments ranging from diagnostic technologies and advanced manufacturing tools to artificial intelligence-enabled platforms and new eyewear designs. Exhibitors who participate in “Call for New” may receive targeted promotional opportunities designed to increase visibility and attendee engagement.
Vision Expo 2026 will host more than 350 exhibitors representing eyewear designers, vision care companies, diagnostic technology developers, and other industry innovators. The show will also offer more than 220 hours of accredited continuing education beginning March 11, followed by the exhibit hall opening on March 12. Networking events, partner programs, and after-hours activities will run throughout the week.
Exhibitors can submit entries for consideration here, with selections expected to be announced at the end of January.
