Silmo Paris, the international optical trade show, will return to Paris Nord Villepinte September 25-28, with organizers introducing a refreshed brand identity and an expanded focus on emerging technologies shaping the global optics and eyewear industry.
A key component of the 2026 edition is Silmo Next, the show’s dedicated innovation platform. The initiative will feature a Tech Village bringing together startups, technology companies, and industry experts to explore topics including artificial intelligence, data and personalization, smart eyewear, visual health, and connected services. The area will also host demonstrations and discussions focused on how new technologies are reshaping business models and professional practices across the optical sector.
Organizers say the event will continue to emphasize eyewear design and creativity alongside technological advancements. New collections, materials, and design approaches from international brands will be showcased as part of the show’s role as a global platform for optical fashion and product development.
